US domestic shipping

Items ship within 2-3 days, once payment is received. All domestic orders will include tracking.

International shipping

International orders will take 10-21 days and will not include tracking. Tracking will cost additional. Buyers will be responsible for all import tax and customs duties.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receiving your jewelry. Item must be in unused condition and with the original packaging. Customized designs are not eligible for return.

10 Days to Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Returns and Shipping 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To insure your return is received, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
